Clair has been with Thompson Accountancy Services since day one. In the early days, she supported Paul by listing receipts and setting up new client files from their kitchen table—all while raising their two children.

As the business grew, Clair took on a variety of roles, including running payroll, managing CIS, assisting with VAT, and acting as a key liaison between clients and HMRC.

Now, with a growing team in place, Clair’s main role is Practice Manager. She focuses on onboarding new clients and supporting the day-to-day running of the office.

Outside of work, Clair enjoys travelling and taking long walks with her dog, Willow.
